Batching the Split Files

Suppose, I receive file A.xml. This file contains 100 transactions. I split the File in the Orchestration using Envelope Schema. Each transaction is subjected to business rules. I want to find a way that can help me to combine all the splitted transactions belonging to a "particular" file A.xml (in this case) as one single file and then send that whole file with all transactions to database.

PS: Not splitting the file is not an option. I also found that %SourceFileName% is not preserverdwhen we split the file.
