Cannot fill out a form in SharePoint

Hi,

I have created a form in Infopath and published it in sharepoint server. But
now when I try to fill out the form it gives me page not found error. Could
someone please help me. Iam new to Biztalk-Sharepoint and Infopath
applications.
Am I missing something in Sharepoint while publishing the form from Infopath?
