Is there an upgrade path from BTS2004 STD to BTS2004 ENT?

We are looking at implementing Biztalk and want to start off with the
standard but want to know if we can upgrade to the Enterprise when we hit the
limits of Standard.

Will software assurance let you do this by crediting you the standard
version's cost?
