I am getting this log in the app logs quite frequently..., also When trying
to configure the Send port in BizTalk Explorer, I am getting a error saying:

Could not store transport type data for Primary Transport of Send Port
"<name>"to config store. Access is denied.

Please advice...

Sachin,

I just had the same problem and found a solution.

Background:

-running BizTalk 2004 on Windows 2003 Virtual Machine
-tried to deploy the EAI tutorial EAIOrchestrations.dll, but received the
same or similar "access denied" error.

Solution:

-Add the User account (that you are using to log in to the server) to all
the Biz Talk security Groups (i.e. - BizTalk Application Users, BizTalk BAS
Administrators, etc.). You can do this by going to: Start -> Programs ->
Adminstrative Tools -> Computer Management (then, System Tools -> Local
Users and Groups -> Users)

Hope this helps in your situation.

Regards,
Nick
