Hi....
What is this file (below) that gets created in the bin folder?
do I have to deploy it too?

Hi Nalaka,

The assembly will be copied from Microsoft BizTalk Server
2004\Pipeline Components to your project's bin folder if your project
contains a custom pipeline. There are some built-in biztalk pipeline
components (like xml disassembler...etc) in this dll.
