| One thing that has always bothered me with BizTalk is its poor support for
human workflow. It would be a great boost should HWS evolve in to a more
complete solution such as those provided by other products: WebMethods
Workflow, Roleflow, or even Oakgrove Reactor. All these tools, and many
others like them, have strong support for human workflow.
Currently HWS is a contradiction in terms requiring detailed technical
knowledge to operate; workflow solutions should be pitched at a high enough
level so that business users are able to design a workflow themselves
without the need for IT to get involved.
What are Microsoft's plans for HWS?
