I have also used the sharepoint adapter in one the application and it worked
fine, one thing that have to be cared is, there should be no any cyclic
relation between send and receive share point port. means your are receiving
and writing back to the same view. Also look into the event veiwer for more
details.

I am having a very similar problem but my form gets written back the right
location. The problem is I am using Infopath to save the form to Sharepoint
but when it comes back from Biztalk it is no longer associated with InfoPath.
It is jsut a plain XML file.

Any help?

I had an issue similiar to this at one point - I'm not 100% sure its
the same problem your having, but I would get Biztalk to send the file
back to sharepoint and when I tried to open it in infopath it wouldn't
work. I realized my issue was in the send pipeline I had configured -
it should be a passthru pipeline instead of a XMLTransmit. If you have
your send port configured to use a XML Transmit, try switching it to a
passthru and see if that works.

Never used the Passtrhough before but I finally figured it out. Basically the
processing instructions that InfoPath needs where getting stripped out on the
way out. There's a webcast on this.
