Identify answers posts

Folks, just a general comment to encourage posters to remember to rate or
mark their postings once they've got a satisfactory answer. This not only
makes it easier for everyone else to search for answered or rated posts only,
but enables those wishing to help to identify unsolved questions more easily.

I know MVPs can mark a question as being anwered even if we didn't post it,
but i think the poster should be then one that really knows if the answer has
helped!
