How to Find Input,output Filename in SQL Table (HAT) ?

Hi,
I would like to get Input, output filenames in the SQL Server tables ? I can retrieve in Orchestration, But I would like use directly from SQL Table.

My objective is to show a report (in ASP.NET) to the user what are all the messages are received, sent or any message failures. I would like to get the filename of the input messages and output message directly from the SQL table. I have located the rest of the things in sql tables using HAT.
