BizTalk Server General - SSO database...Timeout expired

SSO database...Timeout expired

I have been getting this error recently.It doesn't appear to close down
my BizTalk serveices etc., however I would like to know how to get rid
of the message in the Event Viewer. Does anyone know what to do with
this error message?

service will go offline.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of
the operation or the server is not responding..
SQL Error code: 0xFFFFFFFE
