Author How to track a promoted property that is not in a schema

Hi,

I have a promoted property - through a custom pipeline - and I want to track
this property in HAT.
I only defined a property schema for it.
As far as I know, the only way to track properties is through promoted
properties on a BizTalk schema and than track those properties in HAT.
In my case I cannot promote this property through the schema, since it has
no related value. I also cannot use a dummy xml field since the xml node
containing the fields is unbounded.

I there a way to get around this? Is there a way to define the properties
without having to use the BizTalk Editor?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Koen
