Is it possible to enter a filter to a dynamic sendport in an expression shape
in an
orchestration ?

If it is, how do I do it ?

I don't think there is a way, the filter is set when you create and start
the port.
why would you need one? inside the orchestration you have the ability to
decide if to send the message or not (and using dynamic port also where to)
