where's the log of the web service publishing wizard?

when i try to publish my orchestration(s) i got a weird file_not_found com+
exception when attempting to create website.

nothing shows in event wiever.

IIS is working ok, the orchestration is deploying ok...

system is windows server 2003 (french), beta2 is present.

any help appreciated!
