| Hi Alan,
Immedient is the partner of our Office Solutions group to build the
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance solution on the MS Office and .NET
platforms.

However, it doesn't use Biztalk for workflow. There are probably some
other MS partners who have their own SOX compliance solutions using
BizTalk.
