Unable to deploy early bindings.

| Hi,
I am working on the BizTalk Tutorials and when I am deploying the
EAIOrchestrations dll to the configuration database I am getting two error
and the deployment is beeing rolled back.
I am here pasting the error description that I have got in the log files

| I have seen a patch for this problem if it occurs in Win2000 and WinXP which
is named as
COM+ rollup 28 and QXP6
Is there any such roll up patch for Windows 2003 if this is the problem ?
