BizTalk Server General - "Pending job" column in the HAT

In the HAT, I got an orchestration (Service Instance) with his status at
"Active" but the "Pending Job" column indicate "Suspend". All messages
associated to this instance are "Delivered, not consumed" (it's a convoy
orchestration).
I have had this situation for one day now...

What means a suspend status in the "Pending Job" HAT's column?
How it could happened?
Is there a way to fix it (without loosing my messages)?
