Hi,

A question about working with DB connection in a map file:

When trying to work with the Database functoid built in with BizTalk i need
to supply a connection string as one of the paramaters
is there any way make it more dynamic where in diffrent enviroments i wont
have to hard code diffrent connection string ?
or any other better way working with database? the only other way i see is
to insert the dataaccess configuration part in the biztalk config file and
create an external assembly that uses the application block in order to work
with DB (the way i use outside biztalk)
any suggestion would be great

Thank you

Itayb,
There is a post on the 22nd July in this group discussing options for a
custom component config file which you can refer to. [It was for a pipeline
component but it should work in functoids too]
