Right - found it :-)

The SimpleBond element must occur exactly once in your inpur (both
minOccurs and maxOccurs are default). Also, the callSchedule element
must occur exactly once (Both min and max are default).

So that's probably why. Try changing one of them to be unbounded in
max occcurences (I don't know which, since I haven't seen an example
of an instance).
