Hi,

I want reconfigured my entire BizTalk setup using ConfigFramework.exe. I am
using a new account to setup BizTalk. When I am configuring it give an error
that the config utility failed to add the account to RE_HOST_USERS due to
lack of permissions.

I have given the new account all the permissions of the administrator. From
the Enterprise Manager using the same account I am able to add users to
RE_HOST_USERS.

The difference between the new user and old user is that the old user was a
local account where as the new user is a domain account. The machine on which
I am configuring the BizTalk server is not domain controller though.

Thanks,
Sukesh
