Biztalk 2004 - Configuration Fails on BAS Messaging

| Hi
I installed Biztalk 2004 (Complete installation) today but i get following
error during configuration stage:
Business Activity Services Messaging and Sharepoint Site -> At this stage a
window pops up with a message: "The operation completed successfully" with
two buttons: Retry and Cancel. If i press "Retry", nothing happens, if i
press "Cancel", configuration fails!
Here are some meaningful lines from the log file:

| At the point of error, open Component Services from Administrative Tools.
Go to the
Microsoft.BizTalk.KwTpm.StsBizTalkAdapter.StsBizTalkAdapterService COM+ app.
Click on its properties. In the advanced tab, select the Leave running when
idle in the Server Process
Shutdown group there. Click OK.
Try retry on configuration.
