I am working with the cXML InvoiceDetail.DTD and am having an issue with a
namespace within the file. xml:lang is a required namespace to be used in
the Name element. BizTalk will not create xml:lang from what I can tell. It
always names its namespaces ns0, ns1, n2, etc. Is there any way to force
BizTalk 2004 to write out the namespace attribute as xml:lang instead of
ns0:lang?

I have the same problem and have solved it by changing the attribute name to
xml_lang and then I have a custom pipeline component that replaces xml_lang
with xml:lang. It's a clumsy solution but it works.
