BizTalk Server General - receive location "ServiceWindowEnabled" property in binding file g

receive location "ServiceWindowEnabled" property in binding file g

When I use the BizTalk deployment wizard to export a binding file for a
receive location, I am not seeing any entries in the binding file for the
following properties even through I have set the Service Window to true:

<ServiceWindowEnabled>true</ServiceWindowEnabled>
<FromTime>2006-01-25T08:00:00.0000000+01:00</FromTime>
<ToTime>2006-01-25T10:59:59.0000000+01:00</ToTime>

If I configure a send port with the same criteria, I have no issue seeing
the properties in the binding file nor problems updating the send port with
modifications. Has anyone else had issues setting/updating these properties
in a binding file for a receive location? Why would it be available for a
send port but not a receive location?
