Biztalk Hands-On Labs: I'm getting a "no connection"?

Every time I attempt to run the Biztalk Hands-On Labs, I get a "No
Connection" message and I never see an actual screen. Does anyone know why
this might be? I do run behind a proxy server at work but would that be
blocking this in particular?
