MSMQT adapter install problem

| I am receiving the following error adding an adapter in admin MMC:
"The account name is not valid. Built-in accounts are not allowed."
This is a local dev box. I am running the BTS and SSO services under a
local account that has is a member of every BTS and admin group. Running
under a domain account is not an option. What can I do to get around this
SSO restriction? I get an SSO ticket in the event viewer as well:

TIA if you can help!

| How many servers are you using? It appears that SSO is installed on a
separate server from BizTalk.
