esp.ini missing altogether -- EDI subsystem won't start

| Well, for some reason my EDI subsystem quit working. The event
viewer indicates that esp.ini is missing, and sure enough it is. I
searched the whole drive for it, and there's nothing there. How did it
go missing, and how can I re-create it?

| Not sure how it it is gone, but you could do a repair in the add/remove
programs. Not sure if it is the Covast EDI, HIPAA or general Base EDI
component, but that should fix it.
