Hello

We are looking for the first time to BizTalk and I could not find the answer
at the question:
supposing that we are going to buy the Developer Edition of BizTalk, we are
developing the .NET application which will use also BizTalk, and then we
wish to deploy it to the final client, what we need to have there (excepting
Windows XP SP1 and NTFS, SQL Server 2000, .NET Framework 1.2) - the client
will need also one server license of BizTalk ? What kind of license (does he
has to pay for it, or is included in our licence)?

Thank you

Hello A,

You can use the license you to develop your biztalk solution. If you're going
to deploy that solution to a biztalk production server you need to have a
separate license for that.
You can choose from Biztalk Standard or Enterprise edition. Also be aware
that you need licenses for SQL Server also.
