Rules Engine Db errors

| After moving our BizTalk databasess to another server, following the procedures
outlined in Help, we are still getting RulesEngine Db errors. To resolve
the errors for now we have turned the old RUlesEngine db on the original
server back on. All processing goes through.
I verified the values in the Managemet Db and verified the procedures, However,
everytime I turn off the RulesEngineDb on the old server any processing that
usses it fails.
Any ideas?
