I ensured all the checkpoints from your message. This is the error
message from event log:
There was a failure executing the receive pipeline:
"Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.XMLReceive" Source: "XML disassembler"
Receive Location: "submit://submitrequest" Reason: None of the components at
Disassemble stage can recognize the data.
I added ASPNET account to all BizTalk groups. I don't get any error message
when running SubmitRequest.exe seperately.
