Exception on a duped key in the BizTalkDTADb Database

| Does anyone have any idea where this comes from.
And Should We be Concerned?
Execute batch error. Exception information: TDDS failed to batch execution
of streams. SQLServer: DEV-BASQL2\DEVAPPSQL, Database: BizTalkDTADb.Cannot
insert duplicate key row in object 'dta_MessageFieldValues' with unique index
'dta_MessageFieldValues_index_uidMessage
InstanceId_nMessageFieldsId'.
The statement has been terminated..

| Sorry. Ignore it. We should have cleaned that up so that it doesn't
actually throw that error into the eventlog but didn't. That is harmless.
