| Just have a lot of hands on experience, from installation scenerios, to
developing pipelines, maps, and orchestrations to deploying.

| You definitely need a lot of hands on experience, this is not just an exam
you can take without the required experience. On the other hand, if you are
an experienced BizTalk developer/architect, the exam is not as difficult as
some people say.
Just be aware that besides the orchestration/messaging solutions, you also
need to have experience with Bam and Deployment/Security.
Good luck!
