BTS2006 RTM Online Docs Issues

| The recent post of the BTS2006 RTM "Class Library" portion of the
"Developer's Reference" has intermingled (best way to describe it nicely)
with the CS2006 Beta "Class Library" and rendered both useless. I've
reported this to the MSDN folks who kindly recommended reporting it to the
BTS and CS teams, which I've also done.
If any of the PMs or Devs are listening, please have someone fix this!
