In the event of a failure in a SQL Adapter Receive Port, does the adapter
create a WMI event that can be detected?

thanks,

Hi,
I have created a process that is made of wmi event listener that tracks
whatever data I want. I can tell it to track only biztalk errors or xlang
erorrs and so on.
You can find examples to that in the MSDN.
In my company we have created an error tracking web portal for all the
biztalk errors in all our environments.
Also there is a wmi event listener adapter for biztalk which is quite cool.

Hope I've helped you...

Hello Amit,

This is very helpful. How do you distinguish between BizTalk errors or
XLang errors?

Where can I find the WMI Event Listener Adapter?

thanks,
craig
