Hi,

Anyone else called maps inside a pipeline? Seems slow!

I have a series of 5 maps that need to be executed and its cumbersome to
chain ports to do it, aditionally I need to call the rules engine between
the mappings.

I dont need an orchestration, so I want to avoid it for performance. Therefore
a pipeline seems logical.

The problem is that the execution of the maps from code is quite slow, much
slower than from within an orchestration. I dont know why. In fact, the same
application is significantly faster overall with an orchestration than from
a pipeline.

I have timed the segments so I am 100% sure its the maps which are the problem.

Can anyone explain this? Anyone have some fast code for maps I could see?

Thanks,
BA
