Unable to add to Receive Port in BizTalk Explorer

| I am new to BizTalk 2004. I am trying to add a new Receive Port using
the BT Explorer. But I get the error "Invalid Class String". I am able
to view all the existing R Ports but when I try to edit I get the same
error. It looks like I have access problems. But I checked and
rechecked that I am an admin on the Biztalk Server as well as the SQL
server which has BizTalk database. As far as I can the database
connection is using Windows Authentication.
Any ideas, suggestions, information will be of great help
thks
