Do you still require licences for Biztalk, Commerce Server, CMS Server and
SQL Server in a Disaster Recovery environment, which we would also like to
use as a testing environment.

Would our Production Licenses allow us to have those licences on a DR
environment if the existing Live environment has gone down.

Steve,

I believe customers are licensed for a "cold backup" environment for
disaster recovery purposes if they are running BizTalk EE or SE in a
production environment and have a Software Assurance (SA) agreement in
place covering those servers. The Microsoft VL Product List explains this
policy. It is located here:
http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/...efault.mspx#EBB

As always, please check with your account team on this and other licensing
issues.
