Can anybody tell me what's the difference between Biztalk Enterprise version
and standard version.

BizTalk Server 2006 Enterprise Edition (ENT) is designed for customers with
enterprise-level requirements for high volume, reliability, and availability.
BizTalk Server 2006 Standard Edition (STD) is designed for businesses with
moderate volume and deployment scale requirements.

One other difference i noticed is that about the number of Applications you
can have on either versions.

I believe you can have only 5 Applications on Standard were as there is no
limit for the Enterprise Version.
