Hello Dave,

Check the value for the documentshome field of the parame table of the
BizTalkEDIDb database. Make sure that the EDI Subsystem Users group has
"Full Control" to this location at the File and Share (if shared) levels.
Also make sure that the account used by the BizTalk Base EDI Service and
the account used by the host for the EDI Adapter handlers are members of
the EDI Subsystem Users group.

Regards,

Trace

Trace thank you for the reply. I did try all that and it did allow the
EDI Subsystem to start but now I find that the BizTalk engine is not
processing messages. I checked all the receive ports and locations,
made sure the host instance, orchestration, and send ports were
running. Checked the port configurations etc double checked everything
and it all looks good but when I place the edi document in the in box
it does not get processed.

I have been on the horn with MS Support for a week and they can't
figure it out.

Hello Dave,

Do you mind sending me an e-mail with your case number? I work fairly
closely with our support folks and so would like to gather more details.
