I'm using BizTalk 2002 and I need to send an email notification based on the
content of a received message. How can I do this?

I've done this using a custom preprocessor written in C#. This code has been
used to process literally thousands of transactions with great success. Let
me know if you're interested in the source code and I'll email it to you.
