BizTalk Server - BT02 error

Hi to all,
i have the next error inside a BTS02 architecture:
An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

Details:
------------------------------
[0x80004005] BizTalk Server failed to initialize a
connection to database: "InterchangeBTM" on
server: "SRVNTBIZ2". :'Cannot generate SSPI context'
[0x150a] The configuration cache data from the database
could not be loaded.

[0x1509] The administration cache cannot be created.

[0x0111] The Queue Scheduler for the service could not be
created.

When it happens the machine is in a block state and i must
reeboot the entire machine.
How can i do for to solve this situation?
