| We are experiencing and issue where the local MSMQ will quit attempting to
send message to the remote queue (MSMQ-T). We are running Biztalk and there
are times when we shut down the receive locations. So we shut them down
for 8-9 hours. When we start up the Biztalk receive locations the message
never start flowing? We can start and stop the receive locations and
start/stop the MSMQ service on the sending machine but nothing triggers the
flow. The only way to get them to start flowing again is to reboot the
sending machine and sometimes the Biztalk server. Is there some internal
mechanism that MSMQ uses whenever a remote receiving is down? Will it
temporarily suspend itself? If so, does starting/stopping the MSMQ service
not "reset" this behavior and attempt to send immediately.
