Outlook Sending blank emails
|
|
|
| I have Outlook and Exchange server 2000, whenever an email comes from a
sender using a specific format I, the receiver gets the body blank.
The format in Outlook is rich text format using Word 2003 to edit email
messages.
I have tried several options listed below:
I bypassed my spam filters and turned off my Anti-Virus client everything so
that the email comes to the exchange server then to me without any kind of
virus scanning or filtering. My suggestion is to call the client and have
them send me the SAME email in html or plain text which comes in just fine,
but my boss doesn’t like that answer.
Hope somebody can help.

| Hi Eddie, I'd recommend posting this over in microsoft.pulic.outlook. The
BizTalk support team does not have training on the outlook product, so were
not going to be able to provide much assistance on this.
