Dhanasekar,

Thanks for replying! Our functional development (non-clustered)
environment does not have any certificates installed in it. But, I
followed your advice and applied for and installed a certificate into the
clustered IIS instance. No luck. I still receive the same error.

Hello Vern,

One thing about your message isn't clear: what machine is Messaging Manager
running on.
It sounds like you have messaging manager on one machine, IIS on another,
and SQL on a third... (you've clustered IIS).

In the configuration I've described above, BTS2002 Messaging Manager doesn't
work. This is a known bug with no workaround.
See the following article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...rouble_rpmm.asp

On the other hand, I may have guessed wrong. If Messaging Manager is, in
fact, on the same machine as IIS, then make sure you are accessing the local
IP and not the clustered node address.

Hope this helps,
--- Nick
