| We currently have a single server running BTS Standard on older hardware. I
have sucessfully persuaded The Powers to upgrade both the hardware and the
version of BTS (to Enterprise). In exchange, they want to completely retire
the current hardware.
I'm not too worried about moving the document definitions, maps, envelopes,
etc. I'm unsure of what to do about the historical document data. Any
ideas? pointers to resources?

Its all in the four databases, so just back them up and restore them
to the new SQL-Server. If SQL-server is on another machine and not
being upgraded, then just point to those databases during install of
BizTalk
