We have several file receive functions that monitor shares on remote
servers. These periodically shutdown due to network issues, and have
to be manually restarted. It appears that there is a default number
of retry attempts that it goes through prior to calling it quits.

Are there settings somewhere that define how many retries a receive
function will attempt and how long between each retry attempt? I have
done some searches and it appears that others have solved this problem
with writing a script that updates the database table to re-enable the
RF. Is this the recommended approach?
