Missing inbound document tracking

| Hi,
suddenly it was not possible for me to track inbound documents using the Biztalk tracking tool....only outbound documents were visible. All logging and tracking options are turned on, on server and channel, still no possibility of inbound document trackin
g.
This is on a BTS2002, any suggestions?
