The Biztalk 2004 installer hangs at Registering module forever.
Looking at log reveals that is was failing to register XLANGsCompiler.

Executing op: RegSelfReg(File=XLANGsCompiler.dll,FileID=XLANGsCompiler.dll
It doesn't uninstall. Even limiting installation to just the developer tools
doesn't skip this operation.
Would someone help!
