I ported the refresh VB6 application to C# but this problem is indicative of
both applications. When you refresh it does not go out and reload the
content of the referenced documents and maps into the database. Sometimes
the only way to get this to happen is to change the reference in a channel
to a bogus document then delete the document and rebuild it then set the
reference back to the correct document again. With maps it appears that you
have to change the reference to a bogus map and then save the channel out.
Edit the channel again and set the map reference back to the correct map.

Is there some other way of doing this?
