| Verify DTC is configured to accept network clients via DTC Security
Configuration which can be found in Component Services and right clicking on
Computer Name and choose the DTC Tab.
Also check that client and server can ping AND reverse lookup via IP address
to each other.

I am configuring the trial version of BTS 2004. I have BTS
and SQL running on separate machines. Both are running
Win2K Advanced Server w/ sp4. When running configframework
I get the following error:
Failed to deploy BizTalk system assembly "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004
\Microsoft.BizTalk.GlobalPropertySchemas.dll"
A Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator problem
prevented connection to the Configuration database.
