I knw you can do this in BTS 2004 but is there anyway to bundle an entire

The SDK includes a sample VB app ("BTConfigAssist") that will allow you to
export/import your Messaging configuration to and from an XML file. It also
contains a rather hidden method to build a VBScript to do the same thing.
Note: It does have some quirks, including it's not going to move any
Orchestrations. So I would look to use it to generate a VBS script, and
then modifiy the script to also include steps to install any possible
Orchestrations, AICs, Preprocessors, etc that might be used in your
configuration.

If you are deploying to internal BizTalk Server systems, Microsoft's
Application Center product can be used instead.
