What's the best way to generate a Source XML file from my XML schema definition?

With out hand coding every line is there a tool out there that can generate
a source file (populated with data) using my XML Schema definition file?

Right-click and click generate instance in BizTalk 2004. XMLSpy can also
generate test-data.
